700g Feijoas peeled and diced. Got the regular Motorbreath spicy BBQ Sauce and a seasonal cook-up of a feijoa hot sauce. Fry off oil peppers garlic ginger lime zest peppercorns onion and salt for 10mins.

Add water and Fejoas then simmer for 20mins stirring regularly. Finally back in the game. 1 cup chicken stock.

A variation of Sue Davidsons Feijoa Steak Sauce Vicky Mavin has come up with this amazing BBQ flavoured sauce. The bright red of the chile and forest green of the Feijoa create a dark rusty orange hue. 12 tsp ground pepper.

Melt butter in fry pan add pork chops and brown all over until cooked through. Remove from pan and keep warm. Your tastebuds will love you for it.

Add flour to pan drippings and cook for 2 minutes. While stirring add chicken stock gradually to form a smooth sauce.
